PLEASE NOTE A CHANGE OF MEETING ADDRESS FOR 2009! Regular meetings will be held at the Topeka- Shawnee County Public Library, 1515 S.W. 10th Street, Topeka, Kansas, on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. The parking lot is lighted and the facility is ADA Accessible. Anyone in Shawnee or adjacent counties with an interest in rose culture may be a member of the Topeka Rose Society.
